NC / PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY

NCpack® Packaging Technology

An integrated packaging platform developed to supply multi-component reactive systems in the correct ratio, organised and ready for use.

What is NCpack®?

More than packaging: a ready-to-use system approach

NCpack® keeps components of epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic and electrical insulation resin systems separate within one package, supplies them in a fixed ratio and enables controlled mixing at the point of use. Packaging structure, filling design and ease of application are considered together.

01

Single-Pouch Structure

Multiple components are supplied in separate compartments within one outer package, organised and ready for use.

02

Internal Barrier System

Keeps components separate during storage and shipment, with activation through controlled pressure at the point of use.

03

2K / 3K Compatible Packaging

Compartment and filling arrangements can be developed for two- or three-component formulations according to the mixing ratio and process requirements.

04

Controlled Mixing at the Point of Use

Once the internal barrier is opened, components are mixed inside the package, reducing the need for separate containers, measuring and transfer.

HOW IT WORKS

Separate components. One pouch. Ready for application.

Follow the journey from storage to application in four steps.

  1. 1NCPACK®

    Stored separately

A and B are pre-measured and kept apart by an internal barrier within one sealed pouch.

  2. 2NCPACK®

    Open the internal barrier

Controlled pressure opens the internal barrier while the outer pouch stays closed.

  3. 3NCPACK®

    Mix inside the pouch

Knead the pouch to mix the components uniformly according to the product instructions.

  4. 4NCPACK®

    Open and apply

After mixing, open the designated outlet or corner and pour the material into the application area.

2K / 3K

Compartments designed around the formulation

Two-component systems use A/B compartments; three-component systems can use A/B/C. Fill quantities and compartment layout are selected for the product’s mixing ratio and process.

High moisture barrier

The outer packaging provides a moisture barrier; the internal barriers keep the reactive components apart until activation.

Packaging options for your application

Transparent and opaque spouted pouches combine separate component chambers with a capped outlet for application after mixing.

  • Controlled material use in small applications

Scalable design

From Small Kits to High-Volume Solutions

Kit weight, compartment structure and filling processes can be planned around the requirement, from samples and small controlled applications to high-volume serial production.

Small Kits

Samples, servicing and applications requiring controlled quantities.

Medium-Size Kits

Pre-measured packaging for regular production and on-site use.

Project-Based High Volumes

Custom machinery and filling arrangements based on production quantities and process requirements.

Chemical system compatibility

Compatibility with epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic and electrical insulation systems

NCpack® packaging can be adapted to different reactive systems by considering the number of components, mixing ratio, reaction characteristics and intended application method.

01

Epoxy Systems

Supports the supply of two-component systems with different mixing ratios as pre-measured kits.

02

Polyurethane Systems

Project-specific multi-compartment structures can be designed for polyol, isocyanate and, where needed, a third component.

03

Polyaspartic Systems

Supports accurate proportioning, consistent presentation and controlled on-site application of fast-reacting systems.

04

Electrical Insulation Systems

Makes it easier to prepare resin in the correct ratio and in a controlled manner for potting, encapsulation and connection protection.

Custom kits, contract filling and project-specific packaging

For projects where standard packaging is insufficient, kit weight, component ratio, compartment count, barrier structure and filling method are assessed together. NC Teknoloji plans the process around the application's technical requirements, from samples to contract filling and high-volume production.

Why NCpack?

Packaging, formulation and application are assessed as one system

NCpack® is a technology platform developed to protect reactive materials, supply them in the correct ratio and enable controlled preparation by the user.

High-barrier packaging designed for reactive components
Compartments and filling arrangements tailored to the formulation
Scalable solutions from small kits to high-volume projects
Contract filling and brand-specific options
A system approach combining packaging, material compatibility and application method

The NC Teknoloji Approach

Integrated packaging engineering shaped by your requirements.

Material compatibility, packaging barriers, filling design, fixed ratios and the application method are considered together. The goal is a system that can be manufactured, stored and reliably applied on site.
